Silly Rabbit, Tricks Are For Kids!

Bunnies are so cute and cuddly, yet we will never have one. So we visited the O'Neils before heading to Gene's Park, so that we could hang out with their bunnies.

Cameron got quite a kick out of the rabbits.
Hope bunnies don't bite when they get poked in the eye!
These bunnies were quite the troopers!
Kennedy was quite skeptical about this furry creature.

She started to get a bit closer...
The bunny turned out to be pretty soft and friendly, Kennedy discovered.
What's better than snuggling with a rabbit? Cuddling with the best big brother, of course!
Cuddling generally escalates to wrestling very quickly.
Braden wanted to take a bunny home once the O'Neils admitted they were looking for a new home for them.
Forget the real rabbits...chocolate bunnies are so much better!
On this warm, sunny day, Braden had to devour this before it melted!
It is hard to beat a chocolate bunny, but this fluffy stuffed rabbit took a close second to the chocolatey deliciousness!
 Check out the view!
Cam was content with his new pinwheel.
A bit too much gingham in one picture!
Cameron looks a bit too preppy for our family.
Verdict is out on whether or not we like this hat, but obviously Braden looks cute regardless.
 Meanwhile, Kennedy discovered the baskets.
She seemed quite pleased with the treats she found in the eggs...candy and money...appropriate for a toddler.
Apparently the other kids wanted in on the fun too.
Turns out Cameron had a stuffed lamb in his basket, but Kennedy made a mad dash with both animals.
Even Braden had fun chasing Cameron around while holding a pinwheel.
Cameron is obsessed with the water, and he knows a nice view when he sees one.
Kennedy is always up for a laugh with Kelsey!
 And a chat with Kelsey!
These kids have taught me to stop and smell the roses, no matter how crazy life is...
and to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us.
At Easter time, we are especially thankful for God's sacrifice that enables us to live a wonderfully, blessed life.
