The 14th annual Courante Christmas party offered lots of fun and festivities. It is entertaining to watch all of the kids, young and old, get into the holiday spirit.
The kids gathered to get the best seats in the house.
We enjoyed Christmas carols and stories.
Kennedy doesn't have much concern for personal space. Chris didn't seem to mind though.
Kennedy made her rounds and ate up as much attention as possible. Cami got her baby fix, so they were both happy!
Kennedy gave all the neighborhood ladies a chance to fulfill their baby cravings. Kennedy has a thing for touching everyone's faces! She also loves to give hugs!
Cameron appeared to have smuggled some Christmas cookies in those chubby cheeks. He wanted little to do with being passed around. Braden commented that it is a little weird to be held by a bunch of neighbors we pretty much see a once a year. Good point!
While Braden doesn't believe in Santa, he certainly faked it so he could get a gift. Smart kid!
The neighborhood girls oodled over Kennedy. Chloe and Jenny shared a gift with her. She enjoyed hanging out with the big girls.
Cameron couldn't stop staring at Mrs. Claus and Kennedy reached out for Braden to save her from Santa. Braden just smiled and looked cute, as usual.
End of the party...Kennedy looked apprehensive, Cameron looked annoyed, and Braden had the same, adorable look on his face. Matt actually looked genuinely happy. Did he think he was getting some good gifts for Christmas? Maybe Santa knows something I don't.
One final attempt for a photo with Cameron, but he just couldn't stop staring. He suspected she wasn't the real deal. Another smart kid.
There's just something about an imposter that even bothered our outgoing, friendly Kennedy!
